- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I been banking with 1st United since 2001, their overall customer service did fall since then. Instead of creating better hours they did shut down a Faribault branch. Banking fee are standard like any other bank. But if you are looking to get a loan or refinance this is not a place to go. If you have the spare time go to a smaller bank then try 1st United. Compare your results and you will be surprise what Affinity Plus can offer even if you have bad credit.By A Google User, May 09, 2017
